What is RideForce?

RideForce is a comprehensive transportation platform designed to connect riders with various transport services, including work-schedule based rides and fleet van services. We aim to provide reliable, accessible, and equitable mobility solutions.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking the "Sign Up" button on our homepage. You'll be asked to choose your user type (e.g., Rider, Driver) and provide some basic information to get started.

How is my data protected?

For Riders

How can I find jobs through RideForce?

As a Rider, Worker, or Job Applicant, you can search for job listings directly on the platform, apply to positions, and if hired, add your employer information to your profile to facilitate transportation arrangements.

How do work schedule-based rides work?

Once you've added your employer and work address to your profile, you can view existing employer schedules or create your own. You can set your willingness to pay per mile for these rides and negotiate costs (accept, decline, or counter-offer) with available drivers.

What are the costs for riders for work schedule-based rides?

For work schedule-based rides, riders pay the fare negotiated with the driver, plus a $2 RideForce service fee per one-way trip (maximum of $4 per day for a round trip).

What is the Fleet Owner Van Service?

The Fleet Owner Van Service provides transportation options, often in areas not well-covered by public transit. Riders can access these van routes and pay a flat fee of $75 weekly for a reserved seat, connecting them to work or other essential destinations.

For Personal Contracted Drivers

How do I become a Personal Contracted Driver?

You can register as a Personal Contracted Driver through our platform. You'll be able to provide essential transportation services for work schedule-based rides, enjoying flexibility and control over your earnings.

How do I manage ride requests as a driver?

Drivers can view available work schedule ride requests from riders. You have the ability to accept, decline, or make a counter-offer for these requests. You can also negotiate pricing directly with riders, edit your personal availability schedules, set your own price per mile fees, and manage multiple scheduled rides.

What is the payment structure for Personal Contracted Drivers?

Personal Contracted Drivers receive 90% of the agreed-upon fare for each completed ride. RideForce retains a 10% platform fee. This is separate from the $2 service fee per one-way trip that is charged to riders.

For Fleet Owners

How do I manage my fleet routes?

Fleet Owners can select routes for their van transportation services, add new pickup locations along these routes, create and optimize trip plans based on worker needs, and manage schedules and timing for each route.

How do I manage my drivers as a Fleet Owner?

You can add and manage the fleet drivers you employ, assign them to specific routes and schedules, and monitor their performance and route efficiency through the platform.

What is the payment structure for Fleet Owners?

Fleet Owners charge a weekly fee of $75 per seat on each van. From this, the Fleet Owner receives 75%, and RideForce retains 25% as a platform fee.

For Employers

What job posting options are available for employers?

Employers can post job listings for $25 per post. For more frequent hiring needs, a monthly subscription for unlimited job postings is available for $250.

How does employee transportation tracking work?

RideForce provides real-time tracking of van services, contracted drivers, and employee ride statuses. This service is priced at $50 per employee for tracking, or $200 for unlimited tracking for up to 10 workers.

What attendance and time management features are offered?

Employers can utilize a location-based time clock system for mobile clock in/out. The system validates if an employee is on an assigned shift and at the workplace using geolocation. It also offers attendance tracking, reporting, shift management, and scheduling capabilities.
